Experience a panoramic view of colonial and modern style homes and the University of The Bahamas. Tour the National Art Gallery. The Museum showcases one of the largest Bahamian art collections in the world, with rolling seasonal resident collections. Explore Doongalik Art Gallery with large exhibitions of Bahamian art, culture, and heritage as a member of UNESCO. They provide Jackson Burnside III’s art, woodwork, and ceramic art, and a variety of crafts are sold. Visit the Queen’s Staircase and Fort Fincastle from the 1700’s; flea market-style souvenir shopping is available here. At John Watlings Distillery, we explore the art of Bahamian rum and experience the pina colada samples. Bahamian Cuisine is also sold here. Enter the world of Junkanoo at the Junkanoo World Museum. Have a guided tour of the museum’s display of costumes from past parades and curated pieces. Dressup, take pictues in costumes, and learn the rhythm of junkanoo drums and cowbells. After this attraction, we return to Nassau Cruise Port. Tour includes all entry fees, bottled water, and a Bahamian cocktail.
